Reset your password (forgotten password)

This guide explains what to do if you forget your password.

From the login page, you can request a password reset.

To do this :

1. Click on “forgot password”. A new field appears;

2. Enter your user name or the e-mail address linked to your access ;

3. Click on “Reset password”.

The system will send you an e-mail. Click on the link to open the window allowing you to redefine your password.

Here :

1. Enter the new password ;

2. Confirm the new password;

3. Click on the “Change password” button.

Once the password change has been validated, you will be automatically redirected to the login page.
